Mother’s Day 2022
Last 1st of May we celebrated Mother’s Day in our school. We created beautiful gifts for our moms using recycled materials and all of our creativity! Do you want to see them? Our schoolmates from kindergarden have created these wonderful hearts with EVA foam. They’re very colorful! Don’t you think? In Primary, the kids from second grade have made these heart-shaped magnets for their mum’s fridgets. We hope they like them! In third grade they have created these beautiful broochs. Day of Peace
Last January we celebrated the Day of Peace in our school. Do you want to see what we did to celebrate it? Take a look! Our classmates from Preschool created these amazing bracelets. Aren’t they cute? We think so! They surely embrace peace and friendship in the pictures! What about our Primary students? They made these colorful stickers with the bird of peace. We had so much fun doing it! They could then take them home.

We learn about recyling
Long time no see! How have you started the new year? Ours has been very busy but also very entertaining! Right before the Christmas Holidays we received a talk about reclying in our school. It was very interesting! We learnt where to put every residue and how recyling works. We could clarify a lot of doubts we had! Then, we received a diploma recognising our compromise with the environment. We are very proud! Do you recycle? What measures do you take in order to take care of the environment? Welcoming Autumn!
Autumn is already here and we welcomed the new season with originality and creativity, as always! Each class designed a mural for the ocasion. Do you want to see them? Spring activities
These last three months of Spring have been very productive! We have been experimenting with lots of new things, including gardening. In May we planted some gladiolus. We had so much fun learning how to do it! Do you want to see how we did it? Look how much they’ve grown! We are so proud of our gardening skills! This Spring we also celebrated Press Week. Letras Galegas 2021
Last 17th of May we celebrated, as usual, our Letras Galegas Day. It is one of the most important dates for our culture. As you may know, this date conmemorates the publishing of Cantares Gallegos in 1863, by Rosalía de Castro. Every year it is dedicated to a Galician writer who has passed away and has been important for Galician literature. This year Letras Galegas honoured Xela Arias, a Galician writer who worked as a teacher, a translator and of, course, as a writer. Mother’s Day 2021
The first Sunday of May we celebrated Mother’s Day. We created a lot of beautiful gifts for our moms. Do you want to see what we did? Our schoolmates from Preschool created these original necklaces for their moms. We love the circle pattern! Also in Preschool were made these heart-shape postcards. We bet their moms loved them! We surely did! Our schoolmates from 3rd grade also created a gift for their moms. They painted these canvas bags with flowers. A beautiful and also very useful present! Did you like our gifts? World Book Day
Last 23rd of April we celebrated on the school the International World Book Day. It has always been a very important date for us and we always try to make our students appreciate the importance of books and literature and, of course, the pleasure of reading. We made a lot of activities to celebrate this date. Look what out schoolmates from Preschool did: These beautiful bookmarks inspired by the tale “El Monstruo de Colores” made by our 3-year old schoolmates. Our 4-year old schoolmates created this gardening manual. Isn’t it original? 5-year olds created some amazing books about Spring. They are fantastic! Father’s Day 2021
Last 19th of March we celebrated Father’s Day. We used our creative side to prepare some amazing gifts for our beloved fathers. Take a look! Our schoolmates from 3rd grade prepared these beautiful 3 in a row games. Aren’t they original? Second graders did these beautiful postcards for their fathers. Do you like them? Our preschool schoolmates also did some crafts for Father’s Day, including these original postcards using materials from nature: They also created these lovely key rings.
